Description:

This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. This session will focus on teaching leaders on successful Leadership, Management, & Accountability (LMA) in an entrepreneurial company. We will learn how to structure Quarterly Conversations with our direct reports, how to utilize the 5-5-5 ToolTM to help employees succeed, and how to structure regular Clarity Breaks to think and work strategically. The team will complete an assignment to brainstorm, synthesize, and set new quarterly priorities based upon their progress and learnings.
As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training. |
