Description:

This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. Attendees will learn how to identify the Core Processes which drive their organization’s business results, how to utilize the 3-Step Process Documenter to efficiently document their Core Processes, and how to utilize the Followed By All Checklist. They will learn how to provide feedback to members of the team on the key commitments they made at the Annual Meeting, how to properly adjust their 1 Year Plan, and will complete an assignment to brainstorm and set new quarterly priorities.
As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training.
