Description:

This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will teach the KOLBE Index Assessment tool and how to use the results to benefit the leadership team. I will teach teams how to effectively utilize the EOS Model to identify & solve issues at their root cause, and how to use the “Back to the Basics” Checklist to cut through clutter, simplify, and ensure they are firing on all cylinders. To facilitate the learning experience, the team will be assigned to set new Rocks, key organizational & individual priorities for the next 90 days and will be tasked with identifying and solving key issues relevant to the coming quarter. |
