Description:

This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. Attendees will learn how to optimize performance from their sales team, including specific tools for establishing minimum standards and measuring performance. They will learn how to create a visual Proven Process to improve results from their sales and marketing efforts. They will then create a quarterly plan to improve areas of weakness, focus on key drivers of results, and move their business forward efficiently. They will also learn how to master issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training.
