Description:

This full-day leadership team learning session, at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. Team members will learn how to maximize the relationship between the Leadership Team and Company Ownership through the right meeting structure. They will also learn how to optimize meetings across the company with tools, and identify which meetings to improve. We will review organizational structure to ensure they are operating optimally, and review leadership tools & techniques, Students will also set priorities and resolve any issues that might impede their progress
Assignments: As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training.
