Description:

These two full day leadership team learning sessions, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies.
We will review the 5 Levels of Leadership Team Health, and complete an exercise where they give each other peer to peer feedback to improve their performance. We will review their results from Gallup Strengths Assessment, and they will learn how to use the results to more effectively grow their company. They will also learn how to create a new 3 year plan, 1 year plan, and quarterly priorities to keep their business moving forward effectively. Assignments: As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training.
