Description:

This full-day leadership team learning session, at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. Team members will learn the tools to solve issues within the company. I will teach the EOS Model to show the managers the big picture and the end of the EOS journey. From there we teach the five Foundational Tools. Our goal is to get everyone on the same page with each of the tools and ready to roll out top to bottom in the organization. Lastly, we will do a full LMA workshop. After completing the Mid Manager Session, participants will have progressed towards understanding EOS.
Assignments: As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training.
