This workshop challenges participants to apply the ADDIE model of employee learning and development to identify reevaluate employee training needs both at the onboarding level as well as the company’s continuing learning management system. This course is applicable to managers and supervisors. This workshop is an advanced program requiring the participants to have completed the Fundamentals of Employee Learning and Development course. This course will be held in person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises and demonstrations. Course can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. Note, employees that are required to take this course cannot be included in grant reimbursement funds.
