Quality bookkeeping at a reasonable price is rare in the restaurant industry. The issue stems from the fact that bookkeepers do not understand restaurant systems well enough to help create efficiencies that allow them to produce quality books cheaply. And business owners do not know what to expect from bookkeepers or how to set themselves up for bookkeeping success. In this course, we’ll educate management teams about streamlining systems (ex. consolidating POS and payroll into one software) and how to coordinate work between bookkeepers and accountants in order to prepare them to work with these providers as cheaply as possible. This course is best suited for restaurant owners, managers and supervisors. Offered virtually or in-person. |
