ServSafe Managers Certification - This course is for those needing safe food handling training and/or certification. The skills covered will be aligned with those determined by the National Restaurant Association for Massachusetts, which teaches and certifies responsible food service measures. Topics covered include personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. These skills help create a
