Learning to be your best self was developed by Scott Weiss, Liane Smola, and Lisa Muise and has been delivered to community groups, corporate leaders and employees. The course provides evidence-based outcomes by facilitating real life skills to help employees manage their time, stress and health, the trifecta of best-self. There are four modules: Journaling-goal setting & time management, Identifying and recognizing grief and stress in the workplace, Establishing and maintaining boundaries, and creating a healthy balance. Participants will learn skills they can implement daily that will allow them to be more productive at work and home. This is a skills-based training, no coaching is provided. Training is in person or virtual. |
