Hybrid Training (online lecture + field practicum) for medium-sized landscape companies. Attendees will learn how to make pruning cuts in accordance with the current ANSI A300 pruning standard, following the NATURAL pruning system, improve the structure and aesthetics of a variety of shrub species at different stages of maturity, understand the nuances of pruning timing, and choose appropriate tools and PPE. Field practicum takes place at client property where participants will be coached in building pruning skills.
