Our virtual workshop "Optimizing My Performance" is based on the concepts presented in all-time classic business book "The Effective Executive," by Peter Drucker. Students will identify and evaluate their own performance according to 5 key aspects of effectiveness and discuss specific steps that they can take to achieve even greater levels of effectiveness. The workshop includes individual and group activities that allow them to explore these concepts in greater depth with their colleagues.
