In this interactive session we will be creating a baseline understanding on two concepts that are crucial to the success of any business. Join us as we dialogue about what these terms mean exactly and, perhaps most importantly, what skills do we need to support our community in living up to these values. We will define these concepts, as well as introduce best practices for supporting psychological safety in our environments in order to foster learning and growth along our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journey.
