In this course participants are introduced to the principles of auditing to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard including: an approach for developing, implementing, and managing an audit program; the audit process and methods for collecting, verifying and recording objective evidence; and audit risks. Hands-on audit activities, such as developing and using checklists, are incorporated throughout training to allow participants to leverage knowledge gained during the course.
