In this course, participants will learn research-based, practical classroom management techniques for elementary grades. Participants will learn to create an environment that is conducive to learning and increases student academic engagement. The participants will learn through in person lectures and group activities that go through student behavior scenarios which typically occur in the elementary grades and how to best address them. Taking this course will increase the participants’ knowledge of effective classroom management and will provide them the confidence to successfully manage their classroom.
