In this instructor led, virtual course, managers, and staff will improve communication skills and competencies, oriented towards building impactful teams. Modalities of learning include lecture, Socratic discussion, and peer-based application/feedback.
This course will cover personal communication habits and train new communication skills, such as, how to use I/We language, asking Listening Questions, Positive/Negative Feedback, Active/Passive Listening).
