This course is ideal for business leaders. The course teach them how to identify common roadblocks in communication and how to remove them by using a tool called the Scorecard, creating a company's Core Values, and how to use Core Values to hire, fire, reward, and recognize, developing a company's Mission, Niche, and North Start (main goal over the next 10 years), how to develop a long-term vision company vision. Leaders will learn how to create a Scorecard with key metrics and identifying common roadblocks in communication and removing them, develop their company's Core Values, identify the company's Mission, Niche, and North Star, develop a long-term company vision.
