This course is for business leaders, and will focus on marketing strategy, how to connect key initiatives to ROI, how to create an annual plan, in the context of a 10 year North Star goal and 3 year Objectives, using the Quarterly Review process in order to drive company growth and profitability, and achieve strategic objectives, how to roll out Growth and OKRs to the entire organization.
Leaders will learn how to develop a marketing strategy, including Target Market, Value Proposition, and Revenue Model, create an annual planning cycle, use the Quarterly Review process to focus on the factors that drive company revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives, throughout the org.
