This course is ideal for business leaders, who will learn a tool called the Personal Leverage Exercise, which helps them identify the activities that they should ideally spend most of their time doing, how to use benchmarking when hiring new talent into the org by using a tool called Values Desire Results, how to give their direct reports complete clarity on what will be expected from them in their roles, how to establish performance benchmarks for current employees by using the Quarterly Check In process. leaders will learn how to create a list of their tasks, activities, and responsibilities, and determine which activities they should spend more time on.
