This training course is provided in person or through a live webinar. It will equip maritime businesses, and employees with operations, safety, and regulatory responsibilities with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to develop a safety management system appropriate for the organization and in conformance with the requirements of ISO 45001 and the ISM Code.
Attendees will be familiarized with both standards and their shared components. Applicability to their organization will be determined.
Attendees will learn how to properly develop and implement required procedures and policies, develop training and emergency response programs, and create a continuous improvement program. System controls will be developed as appropriate.
