This learning journey begins with an in-person, full day training (8 hrs) delivered in partnership with Pinnacle Performance, centered on projecting a confident presence, analyzing your audience, modifying your delivery to achieved your desired outcomes, aligning your voice, words and body language to clearly present your message and influencing audience reaction. This is followed by a diagnostic development plan (1 hr) to help participants focus on their unique needs and accelerate learning through feedback and individualized action plans. Participants will then engage in a 1-to-1 virtual coaching to develop specific communication, presentation, and leadership delivery skills, tailored to the individual.
