Leaders need great people to build and scale their organizations. Based on Part 1 of the book “Scaling Up,” this hybrid course (combining both in-person and virtual sessions) provides participants with the training and support they need to find and keep great people. In this course, participants learn: 1) how to build accountability for key functions; 2) methods for recruiting and hiring the right people; and 3) management practices to keep everyone engaged and productive. The course includes readings, group discussions, and activities, to help participants develop their own personal “people development” plan for their organization. The course is primarily intended for senior leaders in both industry and non-profit organizations. |
