A clear strategy supported by a strong core culture is essential for any organization seeking to achieve scale. Based on Part 2 of the book “Scaling Up,” this hybrid course (combining both in-person and virtual sessions) provides participants with the knowledge necessary to develop and implement an achievable strategy for their organization. Specifically, participants will: 1) evaluate and articulate the core aspects of their organization’s strategy, that is, values, purposes, and competencies; 2) examine the 7 key components of a robust strategy; and 3) create a one-page strategic plan. The course includes readings, as well as group discussions and activities, and is intended for senior leaders in industry and non-profit organizations.
