Based on Part 3 of the best-selling book “Scaling Up,” this hybrid course (combining both in-person and virtual sessions) focuses on the 10 fundamental habits that support the successful execution of that strategy (also known as “The Rockefeller Habits”), and provides participants with a checklist to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of their execution efforts. The course also addresses techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of meetings. The course includes readings, as well as group discussions and activities, and is intended for senior leaders in industry and non-profit organizations.
