Instructor-led virtual or onsite training for everyone in sales and business development who are required to go out into the community, network, establish relationships, and find new customers. Topics include networking, types of community marketing, relationship building techniques, and a referral generation process. Students practice how to conduct themselves in business settings, learn how to establish a personal brand, understand the different models of affiliations and partnerships, and how to execute a perfect trade show event. Specific tools are provided to grow relationships in the community. Students put all of the learnings together, resulting in the establishment of a plan to increase relationships, affiliations, and sales.
