In this course participants will learn how to track sold gross profit (not sold revenue) so you will know if you are selling fast enough to cover the cost of running the company or division for a year. This course can be held in person, virtually or a combination of both to suit the client’s preference. This course will follow the class content and will also provide participants with an excel tool so they can practice tracking sold gross profit. Participating in this class will help owners, estimators, project managers, administration and accounting departments track sales in a powerful way that will help ensure sales are strong enough to hit the desired financial goals.
