In this course participants will learn how to create cost budgets for individual jobs. This course can be held in person, virtually or a combination of both to suit the client’s preference. This course will follow the class content and will also provide participants with an excel tool so they can practice creating cost budgets for jobs. By learning to accurately create cost budgets owners, estimators, project managers, administration and accounting will have a clearer understanding of each jobs potential profitability and help improve overall profitability for the company or department they work in.
