In this course participants will learn how to create work orders/purchase orders for individual job expenses. This course can be held in person, virtually or a combination of both to suit the client’s preference. This course will follow the class content and will also provide participants with sample expenses so they can practice how to issue work orders/purchase orders properly. By learning to issue work orders/purchase orders accurately, owners, estimators, project managers, administration and accounting will have a clearer understanding of individual costs on each job which will help make individual job costing more accurate and will help improve overall profitability for the company or department they work in.
