In this course participants will learn the pertinent data points for all jobs so that each job will be transparent and you can ensure the WIP report will produce accurate information. This course can be held in person, virtually or a combination of both to suit the client’s preference. This course will follow the class content and will also provide participants with sample data points so they can practice how to analyze each job’s data. By learning to analyze WIP report data, owners, estimators, project managers, administration and accounting will have a clearer understanding of profitability on a per job basis as well as profitability on a month to month income statement basis for the company or department they work in.
