Part 6 in the Customer First Series is offered as on-site or virtual training for customer serving employees. Topic of focus is retaining customers. Employees will work through scenarios and role plays to practice reflecting on what makes them loyal to the brands and companies they keep, as well as the customer experiences that stick with them. They will translate these experiences to the customer experiences they provide to help create a customer for life. Improvements to service skills will translate to relationship development with customers and increase opportunities for sales.
