This training is designed to teach leadership teams how to develop an annual strategic plan in a back-to-back 2 day session. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of their current business by learning how to use a S.W.O.T. analysis tool, and will learn how to create detailed project plans and measures that will help them achieve achieve their goals. Students will also learn how to get buy-in and engagement from team members, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals. Students will learn through a mix of lecture and real-time feedback. The course can be delivered virtually or on-site and is designed for leadership teams responsible for the performance of the company
