Description:

Team-wide Financial Engagement (also known as open book management or OBM) is the practice of creating transparency by sharing business financial information with your team to teach them how to think like owners. Businesses that implement TFE are more profitable and have higher employee retention than those that operate with a traditional, hierarchical structure.
But not all businesses are ready for TFE. In this lecture course, the Prepshift team will introduce you to the fundamental conditions necessary to operate a TFE program so that you can evaluate if this management system is right for you and your team. This course is suitable for W-2 owners and managers and is available in person or virtually. |
