This in person, full-day leadership team session, is conducted as as a class lecture and group discussion at an offsite location, will focus on teaching participants how to create 1-Year Plans and 90-Day Rocks in order to achieve their long-term vision. They will also learn how to prioritize and compartmentalize Issues so they are focused on the things that will have the biggest impact on their success. In addition, I will teach them how to effectively begin implementing the system throughout their organization. |
