This in person full day leadership team learning session, is conducted as a class lecture and group discussion at an offsite location. We will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will be teaching the KOLBE assessment tool and how to use the results to benefit the leadership team. Also, I will teach the Shared By All (SBA) Checklist and teach ways to use these within the leadership team and across the organization. To facilitate the learning experience and practice what has been learned, the team will be assigned to set new Rocks, key organizational & individual priorities for the next 90 days and will be tasked with identifying and solving key issues |
