Description:

This in person full day leadership team learning session, is conducted as a class lecture and group discussion at an offsite location. I focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will be teaching on the Delegate & Elevate Tool and how to identify lower leverage activities to prioritize and, in effect, get lower priority or skill activity issues and tasks off of their plates. I will also teach the team how to use The Assistance Track TM to delegate those tasks while ensuring they stay on track.
With all meetings, we will set Rocks, the most important things that need to get done over the next 90 days, and work on solving the most important issues. |
