In person- This course is designed to provide skill-building in the areas of project management skills, team leadership skills, and communication skills. This program will include classroom time, individual exercises, team exercises, and discussions – all focused on improving the skill set of the participants. Basic project management skills, as identified in the Project Management Body of Knowledge, will be introduced along with Excel-based tools and techniques for planning and managing project activities.
