This course provides foundational training for senior leadership, sales, operations, and account teams in the management of strategic customers for profitable, sustainable growth.
In this course, participants will learn how to develop a differentiated strategy to serve these customers; learn how to create joint business plans; learn how to use the voice of the customer in creating value beyond the product; and learn how to determine the metrics to measure performance. The course is instructor-led with classroom-based learning and group discussions.
