This course provides essential skills training for key account managers in two key areas – account leadership and internal leadership. Participants will learn how to identify internal misalignment gaps that impact account growth; how to effectively communicate the strategy in their organization; how to implement a cross-functional process for supporting the account goals; and learn about individual behaviors essential for account strategy execution and success. The course is instructor-led with classroom-based learning and include team presentations.
