This 12-week ESOL course is designed to support non-native English speaking employees who are english language learners to become more comfortable with English skills in the workplace. Participants will receive comprehensive English instruction that is instructor led and will support proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. The course content is learner-centered and activity based and will incorporate facilitator lead content with opportunity for individual and group activities to help facilitate retrieval and recycling of words and concepts over time to become more comfortable with the english language. This training will occur during employee work hours.
