Examining how we show up at our workplaces is integral to any company's DEI initiative. This course explores the value of showing up at work as our authentic selves, as well as experiencing barriers like imposter syndrome. We will discuss what people with different social identities need in order to feel included at work.
The course is offered virtually or in-person to employees at every organizational level. It is geared toward employees from historically marginalized groups who wish to advance in their careers. The course includes pre-reading, presentation, and small and large group discussion.
