This training will occur during working hours with 75% of the course being skills based and 25% being consulting/coaching. This course teaches all agency staff the following: Minimizing mistakes, Signaling Seasonaltiy, Activity Accountability, Email Eradication, Raising your Hand for Help, Effectvie Time Management Skills to help prioritze and be more proacive to manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Method of Instruction is a hybrid model that is a combination of in person, virtual, and partially self paced. In addition, the paedagogical practices are also a hybrid method of group training, presentations, and course lectures. |
