This in person course covers the fundamentals of commercial credit analysis. The instructor will provide an overview of the purpose and focus and credit analysis, define the role of the lender and the tools used to analyze a borrower. Through lectures, case studies, and small group work, the participants will review and analyze financial statements and the components of financial statements, and some of the financial ratios used in analyzing them.
