This course is for senior leaders who work with or supervise PMs in project-focused consulting firms in engineering, architecture, design, and environmental services. PMs are in the front lines of profitability and client satisfaction, but often don’t get what they need to become true “rock star” PMs. This course covers strategies, tools, and techniques to help your PMs be effective leaders and manage projects on time and on budget. Topics include: 1) providing the right support, data, and tools, 2) increasing engagement and learning, 3) creating a culture of mentoring and accountability, and 4) developing a pipeline of future PMs. This course can be taught virtually or in-person and includes lecture and interactive class discussions.
