Aerospace Organizations are required to conduct quality audits throughout their supply chain to satisfy regulatory, customer, and AS9100/ ISO 9001/Nadcap requirements. The RM13005 guideline further defines/standardizes the approach for internal and supplier (second party) audits. Through lecture and classroom activities, this workshop trains Aerospace internal auditors on audit program management; audit risk assessment; QMS, Production Process, Product, and Special Process audits; audit results and reporting; and integrating AS13100 requirements. Participants also learn to identify opportunities to remove redundant audits and reduce overall audit burden while improving audit program effectiveness. Training is available on-site or virtually.
