In the in-person class, Participants will leverage the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment to learn how self-awareness/self-reflection will help them as a manager to effectively customize their communication style & conversations to drive collaboration. Participants learn how self-awareness helps them as leaders understand their natural behavioral style & it’s impacts, identify their natural strengths & development areas as a leader & learn how to communicate in a constructive & respectful way, developing trust & exerting positive influence
