It's common knowledge that many great plans get created but lack the follow-through to see the results. For strategic plans to be effective, all team members must be committed to execution. In this training course, participants will learn how to connect the act of setting goals to the act of achieving goals. There are 3 key learning objectives: 1. How to challenge teammates and commit to the plan, and ultimately create clear accountability 2. How to communicate the plan to the organization to create alignment 3. How to run 90-day plan execution sprints.
Training will be done in person and in a team setting. The ideal audience for this training is organizational leaders and high potentials.
