In this in-person session, participants will cover different leadership styles and how to effectively manage a range of diverse teams and individuals. We’ll also discuss ways to shift from a detail-oriented, tactical point-of-view to a strategic perspective that considers the broader organizational picture and introduce the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI©), a 360-degree leadership assessment to gather information from each participant’s direct reports, peers, managers and other individuals with whom the participant regularly interacts.
