Self-development and advocacy are important to every employee’s career progression. This workshop explores how to advocate for yourself at work and the skills needed to lead inward and outward. The discussion will include career advocacy for all including different cultural backgrounds and historically marginalized identities.
The course is offered in-person or virtually to employees at every organizational level who wish to advance in their careers. The workshop includes pre-reading, self-reflection exercises, and small and large group discussion.
