This full work-day training session, held at employer choice of site or virtually, will begin teaching the leadership team of entrepreneurial companies how to begin implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System in their organization. Team members will learn the tools to solve issues within the company. Specifically, students will learn the 5 Leadership Abilities that are necessary to break through ceilings of growth, how to create an Accountability Chart™ that clarifies roles and responsibilities, how to set Rocks (organizational and individual priorities for the next 60-90 days), how to establish the Meeting Pulse™ and equip leaders to start running Level 10 Meetings™, and how to create a weekly scorecard.
